Well, faith is such a difficult concept sometimes, as I have mentioned again and again.
However, this is a good weekend for me. I have played football (lol), video games, and even shopped (and not for myself, which is difficult for a woman)lol. (I also heard the cicadas, which were very, very loud)lol. Good memories, good company and good times just help put things into perspective. I really know that with faith God will bless me. I just have to truly trust in Him and put my life into His hands daily, and I have to remember that His plans for me are better than anything I could ever dream up myself.

Sandy Ephesians 2:8-9 says; For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.
If you accept it, then it is yours and belongs to you, given freely from God's grace to you. No one can ever say I'm better than another in the body of Christ, because faith is free by the grace of God. Isn't that great?
mac, I love what that stands for! That is awesome, and so true!! Sometimes I feel a desperation to share...as if time is flying by and there will not be enough time to reach them all. I am so grateful that I have been called!
I truly am amazed daily at God's grace, and the fact that he sent his son Jesus to save us from our sins. What is even more amazing is that if it had been just for me, he still would have sent his son, and Jesus would have died just for me. He would have done it just for any one of us because we are loved that much.
God's grace is awesome, and it is so true that we are all on the same playing field in God's eyes.
