In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express.

In all things seek guidance from the Holy Spirit. That is what the Holy Spirit is there for. When we "give up control" of our lives and truly seek the guidance of the Spirit, intercession always happens. Today, pray for the Spirit to guide you. Then, just sit back and enjoy the ride. The Spirit communicates with the Father in ways that we cannot even express.
